Berenjenas Rellenas
Berenjenas rellenas de carne ligeras.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cortar las berenjenas por la mitad y extraer la carne dejándolas huecas.
- Sofreir la carne, añadir las berenjenas, la cebolla y el tomate triturado y las especias a la olla a presión, cerrar y cocer 15 minutos.
- Rellenar las berenjenas con la mezcla cubrir con una cucharada de queso rallado y dorar en el horno 30 minutos.

Es mejor si dejas que se cocinen las berenjenas en el horno y haces la carne por separado y el tomate frito tb por separado y luego lo juntas, aunque así es más rápido
