Guiso de Espinaca con Pollo

Almuerzo exquisito y bajo en calorías.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cocer la espinaca.
  2. En otra olla poner aceite de oliva y freír la cebolla, pimiento y zanahoria picadas en cubos.
  3. Incorporar el pollo picado y condimentar con el ajo picado y el orégano.
  4. Se agrega la espinaca cocida, el huevo crudo y se mezcla todo.
  5. Añadir sal a gusto.
