Куриная Грудка в Йогурте

Очень нежное блюдо.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Порезать куриное филе небольшими ломтиками, чуть-чуть отбить тупой стороной ножа, посолить, поперчить.
  2. Красный перец мелко нарезать.
  3. Куриное филе, нарезанный перец и греческий йогурт (100гр.) смешать вместе, выложить в форму для запекания, поместить в разогретую духовку минут на 25-30.
  4. Мексиканскую смесь (упаковка 400гр) разогреть на сковороде без масла. Посолить по вкусу. Накрыть крышкой, чтобы не остыла. Как только филе будет готово, разложить все на тарелки.
