Ensalada

Ensalada de col, zanahoria y cebolla con un aderezo de mayonesa.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Integrar en un tazón la mayonesa, leche, azúcar, pimienta, sal, vinagre y jugo de limón.
  2. En otro tazón, integrar la col, zanahoria y cebolla.
  3. Incorporar el aderezo a la col y mezclar hasta que estén completamente integrados. Rectificar sal.
  4. Dejar reposar media hora de preferencia y servir.
