Fiesta Chicken Tacos

A recipe for the slow cooker. Put it in the morning and it's ready by dinner time.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place chicken in a 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
  3. Pour diced tomatoes and green chilies over chicken.
  4. Rinse and drain beans, then add them to the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken and stir everything together.
  7. Can be served in corn tortillas with favorite taco toppings.
