Hamburger Ramen Stir Fry
Great quick stir fry for dinner or lunch.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook hamburger and add the frozen vegetables with a little water.
- After vegetables are hot, add ramen noodles and the seasoning packet.
- Simmer until the noodles are done.

So, so, so, so, SO tasty! My boyfriend's been trying to get me to eat stir fries and I haven't been too jazzed about the idea. I LOVED this one though; it will definitely join the recipe rotation!

Sounds good to me.
I have utilised stir fried veggies for most of my weight loss, and am somewhat 'addicted' to them. Filling and yummy. In Australia we have Maggi 2 minute noodles (baked not fried, so low fat)and I use the Oriental flavour with added sauces. Maximum 2 points for a big meal.

I have made this stir-fry for years with chicken. Not tried it with hamburger but it sounds good.
