Frittata

Eggs are full of protein so eat them up to feel full and help muscle repair.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop onion and saute in a pan.
  2. Add spinach leaves and turn off the heat. The leaves will wilt. Allow to cool.
  3. Heat oven to 200 °C. Spray or grease a baking dish.
  4. Beat eggs and cheese in a large bowl. Add onion mixture and salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Pour into dish and bake until just set. The egg will continue to cook after being removed from the oven. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving with a small salad on the side.
