Оладьи из Кабачков и Капусты

Вкусные и нежные овощные оладушки.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Натереть кабачок на крупной терке. Поместить в дуршлаг на 20 минут, чтобы стек сок.
  2. Капусту, зелень - нашинковать.
  3. В глубокой миске перемешать все ингредиенты кроме оливкового масла.
  4. В противень выложить пекарскую бумагу, сбрызнуть маслом, выложить столовой ложкой оладушки (получается около 15 штук) и поместить в предварительно разогретую духовку (200 гр) на 20 минут.
  5. Достать из духовки и посыпать укропом.
