Turkey Mini Meatballs

Full of flavor mini turkey meatballs with onions, garlic, parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a medium sized bowl mix all ingredients together well, except the olive oil.
  2. In a medium sized pan heat the olive oil.
  3. Once the olive oil is hot, drop in small sized meatballs and cook until brown on all sides.
  4. Cook meatballs in 2 to 3 batches.
  5. Eat alone or with a marinara sauce.

I was very pleasantly surprised. I took the advice of what_a_cat and baked them. They are so good!! Definitely going to make these agin and again! I would love to smother these with marinara but hello carbs, can't do it. :(. They are fine without, just thinking out loud.

AMAZING! I took some cues from above reviewers (served over zucchini noodles, baked them in the oven at 400 for 15-20 mins, served with pasta sauce) and they ended up being so wonderful. My husband raved and suggested we have leftovers tomorrow. TRY THESE NOW - with zucchini noodles because I just discovered how awesome those are too!

These are fabulous! I can see me using this same recipe to make meatloaf!I am not a big fan of Turkey meat but this changed my mind!

Oh man, these were delic. I didn't have enough oil so I baked them on 400 for about 15-20 minutes and they turned out so moist and delic. I will stick with this recipe!!!
