Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss vegetables and tomatoes with Italian dressing.
- Place in center of 18" long piece of heavy duty foil (or use a double layer of regular foil). Bring up the sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, turning after 4 minutes.
- Cut slits in foil to release steam. Open packet, sprinkle vegetables with parmesan cheese.

it looks to be about 3 carbs which is good it looks like it would fit nicely into either lunch or dinner
