Herb Rub

Great for any lean meat, especially chicken or pork.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and stem the basil and cilantro.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for about 1 minute.
  3. Rub on 1 1/2 to 2 lbs of your favorite lean meat and bake or grill until done.
  4. Note: This herb rub made the best chicken breast I've ever had!

This was so incredibly tasty. I rubbed in on chicken thighs then put in on a bbq was delicious! Served with roast veggies yum!

This was incredible. My husband couldn't stop talking about how good it was. I used it on chicken breasts. They came out so juicy. Even my 9 year old couldn't get enough. It was by far the best chicken I've ever made.
