Tuna Spaghetti Casserole
A light version of the original tuna casserole.
Ingredients
Directions
- Melt butter.
- Stir in flour and milk until smooth.
- Microwave until thickened.
- Add cheese, tuna, and salt. Stir until melted.
- Boil noodles according to directions on package.
- Drain and stir into sauce.

It was good however very tasteless, next time I might try adding some spices/herbs to improve this dish.

It's an interesting take on the classic dish. I minced garlic and scallions, sauted on the 1tbs of butter with sea salt and pepper before adding milk, tuna and cheese, also topped with a little parmesan and lots of pepper for a little more taste.

This recipe like most tuna recipes is a little bland. Adding garlic and some vegtables might give it a little more flavor and texture. Nice creamy comfort food though and takes about five minutes to make.
