I agree. The serving size is wrong. I just divided it in 4 and came up with 68 calories a serving and so on. However, if you want to eat the whole pot in one setting, it's not going to hurt you...though you might be in the bathroom for awhile with that much fiber. As far at the sugar is concerned, the carrots would add to the sugar content.

Great if you use chicken stock intead of water and add a few other veges. I excluded carrots and added zucchini, yellow squash, italian green beans and seasoned with seasoning salt to taste.

I made this soup (read all the comments) and instead of water used chicken broth. I zinged it up with lots of spices, same vegetables, just more of them and come up with a wonderful low calorie, very low fat soup that was out of this world. The basis was OK, just needs to be jazzed up. Loved my version.

I want to diet, not die. The only way I would eat this again is if I was starving to death (and that is only a maybe.)

The serving size is entered wrong. With 4 cups of water, this yields 4 - 6 servings. That's why the points are so high. It should be <1 poing. It yummy and filling. I would add some salt, pepper and herbs.
