Garlic Soy Pork Chops
A simple recipe that makes delicious, juicy pork chops.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
- Pour marinade into a large Ziploc bag.
- Place the pork chops into the bag, squeeze out most of the air, seal, and marinate for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the bag over about halfway through.
- Broil on high heat on a broiling pan for about 5 minutes per side. Time will be different depending on the thickness of your chops.

Doesnt soy sauce and hoisin sauce have a lot of sugar?

i'm sure this is very good... i'm confused as to why it has a five star rating on the Skinny Bitch diet though....

I found this recipe on another site and modified it according to other users' comments and my own experience. It turns out pretty good! But I don't think I've gotten the broiling time quite right yet for the (admittedly, very thick) pork chops I use.
