Ingredients
Directions
- Flatten turkey cutlets to 1/8" thickness.
- Dredge in flour, salt, pepper and sage. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add cutlets and cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
