Peixe cavalinha cozido na pressão com molho de tomate e especiarias.

Directions

  1. Limpe bem o peixe e coloque na panela de pressão com todos os ingredientes. Quando começar a ferver e pegar pressão deixe cozinhar por 45min.
  2. Depois que cozinhar por 45 minutos desligue o fogo e deixe sair totalmente a pressão.
  3. Se a espinha ainda estiver dura deixa mais 20 min.
