Shakshuka

Israelisch eiergerecht.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Snijd de groenten in stukjes. Fruit de ui en knoflook in de kokosolie. Voeg na enkele minuten de paprika's en champignons toe. Voeg de tomatenstukjes toe, evenals de komijn, paprikapoeder en cayennepeper.
  2. Laat 10 minuten zachtjes sudderen. Maak op smaak af met zout en peper. Maak 4 holletjes en breek in elk holletje een ei. Laat de eieren gaar worden en bestrooi met bieslook (of peterselie of basilicum).
  3. Je kunt evt ook verkruimelde feta erover strooien.
