A terrific and delicious recipe.

Directions
- In a skillet, saute the ground beef with finely minced onion until brown.

- When done, remove from skillet, transfer into a bowl, and set aside.
- Lower the heat, pour heavy cream, and stir until the cream reduces.
- Add ground black pepper and stir.
- Add well-drained spinach and stir gently until the cream gets thicker.
- Add the meat to the skillet gently and mix well with the sauce.
- Spoon into shallow bowls, season to taste, and top with parmesan cheese.

Doesn't seem to be FF friendly.

No good for FFP Phase 1. If you use lean ground turkey (97% fat free) and fat free half and half, it would reduce a lot of fat.
