Another week, another pound. Slow and steady works for me. Changes in lifestyle, exercise habits,and attitude. Well you can also throw in changes in taste, really find that the salty snacks don't call me anymore. Oh yeah they try,but I keep them at bay with a little Greek yogurt and a piece of fruit. Hope y'all are having a great weekend.

That's great weight loss. My doctor and a nutritionist told me if anyone loose over one and a half pounds a week you are also losing muscle. You are doing great.☺

I've gotten a kick out of reading what your Little Voice is saying in your earlier journal entries. And I love your yellow cat! The last one I had passed away about 6 years ago. He was a terror, but had so much personality.
