Up just a tad at 207.8, sampled some holiday treats yesterday at work. I'm ok with it, just hoping to hold fairly steady through the holidays. The next 4 days will be the most difficult as we travel to Buffalo for Christmas.
My sister fell and broke her left leg yesterday, completely shattered just below the knee. She's paralyzed on that side from an accident and there's a lot of atrophy to bone and muscle plus severe osteoarthritis. They don't know if it can be repaired, it might require amputation, but won't really know until mid next week after she's evaluated by a surgeon. Prayers for her are appreciated, her name is Diana.

Thanks everyone for the prayers/thoughts regarding my sister. Surgeon was able to use plates/rods/screws to piece her leg back together...he thinks it'll heal ok, time will tell.
