I haven't recorded my food very well lately... been kinda eyeballing everything. apparently I haven't done too bad despite that. but I really should log my food and not be so lazy.

also today I'm officially obese class I... considering I started at obese class III this is pretty cool :) ... next, just overweight. ...
95.3 kg Lost so far: 29.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm over weight. Yep. According to the BMI calculators I have too much weight for my height. Hmm. 11% bodyfat and overweight. Go figure. I got XL t-shirts through work (business uniform) and they fit fine in the chest and shoulders, but I think I need to put on about 50 pounds for these things to fit. Can you taiylor a t-shirt?

Lol you could tailor them but you might make the rest of your workplace jealous lol!!!!! yeah.... I don't have a lot of muscle so for now I'll believe the chart but i know that they are faulty. ...... I have to be like 149 to be in the normal range ... whatever... I know I look good at 160 but I'm aiming for 150. haven't been 150 since grade 11 ... you know... sex, drugs, booze, boyfriend with a truck who can bring you to Wendy's at any hour you want LOL then I started gaining a little HA HA HA HA HA

Lol northern .... bruce, I guess I just fell out of the habbit. it's been getting hotter out and so I've been staying inside more... so getting lazy... still eating ok though so it's not a total loss
