I got to my heaviest in March 2015. As of March 2016, I've lost 70 lbs. I started gaining weight again and I decided to do this instead of weight watchers. Catch it early before it gets out of hand.
I would like to drop another 25 lbs and I should then be at my ideal weight of 130. Here's my plan, we'll see how it works. I'm toying with the idea of getting to 120. It may be too skinny for a woman of 5'7".
Step 1: Keto Adaptation
Step 2: Add IF and monthly 72 hour fast.
Step 3: Begin weight lifting in August 2017.
This is totally do-able. Staying focused and on-point. :)
