180!! 10lbs away from my goal... every 10lbs I post a pic so heres this one..

81.6 kg Lost so far: 57.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

thank you everyone for being part of this journey with me.. I wouldn't have made it this far with out all my FS peeps. My goal when i started back in Jan was 170 and now I'm almost there.. I think once I reach that goal, Ill reset it for 150lbs. To be fair, I'm aiming for 170 by 10/31.. at which point I plan to change my daily routine up a bit since it will be colder and my morning park walks will need to be put on hold. I also plan to be alot more flexible with my net carbs and up it to 40 per day for the holidays. You know me, always planning ahead. Happy day to every one!
