201 lbs today, like this number over yesterday's so logging it. I'm feeling a little better today, hoping the worst of my cold is over. Wife and I are taking the dogs for a walk in the park, then smoking a chicken and indulging in some fresh grilled corn too. Making the most of a gorgeous day.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yum - corn season is almost here in Minnesota and we get fresh from the farm, so carbs will take a hit in a couple weeks!

Glad to hear you're feeling better :D I was down a bit this week also. Great drop in your weight :))) I went up 1.1 lb but thought it wasnt too bad as I hadn't done anything but lay around. Tomorrow is another day!!!

There is no finish line. This is for life and health. Once you reach your goal weight there are also continuing fitness goals. It also takes paying attention to your maintenance WOE to not gain that hard lost weight back.

And I agree with Wholefoodnut just because you reach your weight goal does not mean it ends. Make new ones and the biggest being staying healthy and maintaining!
