Volunteer Jobs & Coffee


This week's weight loss is shocking, but definitely welcome. Now I am finally in the 160's (169.8 lbs precisely.)

I have had a long week. I have been going to my volunteer job for a couple of days. It definitely helps make a boring day a busy one. Today, I am going to do some desk work for a couple of hours (part of my volunteer job), workout with a Leslie Sansone DVD, and job search. Right now, I am relaxing and enjoying the start of my day by drinking coffee (my own creation using raspberry and sugar free caramel flavored coffee syrups.) So yummy! I love coffee syrup (especially sugar free) because it helps me avoid wanting to go to expensive coffee chains and I can create any coffee drink I want with fewer calories. I am the unofficial barista in my house. Lol. I hope everyone has a great day!
