Hope you have a great dinner out.

Thanks, Snezica! Don't know where we are going yet. We are meeting a contractor about replacing our old bathrooms and will grab something after meeting with him. So, it might be a late dinner, too.

You are going to get through (dinner) it. You got that!

As long as it isn't fast food or diner food you might be ok. Stay away from the fried stuff - it's addicting!

Thanks, typically avoid fast food and fried foods.

You are in control, Bill. Have fun but not too much fun ;). We've got work to do!

Yes! Dinner out will be pretty simple tonight. Just trying to get my last 700 calories in me... that will be the challenge -- to do that. Tomorrow night we are going out for drinks and dinner with an old friend who is moving away, so that will be the REAL challenge! : ) But have the entire weekend to make it up...

Yep, I hear you. I'm still making up for last week. But the great thing is you know what to do to get it back together. Here's to this weekend!

Good luck with your challenging dinners. Enjoy...and then...well we have all seen you use your knowledge and dedication to good health before. I don't ever imagine getting back to losing is easy, but it is doable and you do it so well. J

Thanks, Jovial! Actually, it's very easy to do the steps... just hard to have the patience to get the body to catch up!

Good luck with all those social engagements! Those situations are usually hard on people trying to lose or maintain. But you can do this, you almost have it down to a science!

Thanks, Kattay! Will have as much fun as I can within a reasonable calorie budget! If I go over, there is always an adjustment day!

Enjoying other people's company and having fun is what it is all about! :) I do adjustment days too. Some people may refer to the adjustments as "refeed days", "zig zagging calorie intake", "change ups" or "fasting days". Whatever works!

Yep! I stole the 5:2 fasting concept and renamed it! ;)

Good old Applebees. 510 calorie steak dinner with a bit extra for a starter salad. Made it through the day at 1675.
