Finished the day at 1674 calories. Ate 1000 during the day and then limited to 700 for dinner. Ate out so was interested to see what my options were. Went to Applebee's for their "Under 600 Calorie" dinners. Had a nice steak (7 oz.), garlic shrimp, potatoes, and veggies for 510 calories. Added a nice house salad with hot bacon dressing for another 170. Plenty of unsweetened iced tea. It was just enough. Had to go to an appointment and then the dinner right after getting home from work, so weight shows my post-dinner full belly. Let's see what we get in the morning. Ate and got home late, so no workout.

Thanks for the applebees information. I like to go out to eat alot!! When I went to Sweet Tomatoes last Saturday , I did good at the salad bar- all vegetable salad and was light on the creamy italian dressing. Where I MESSED UP LAST SATURDAY, IS i HAD 2 BOWLS OF SOUP, One bowl of chili with cheese and onions and sour cream and another bowl of cheese tortolini soup and went to the icecream bar for dessert. I am glad I am back on track now- I don't want to know what last Saturday's dinner calorie count was.

Hey, Pwrestle, it's definitely a challenge. Applebees was easy because they specifically advertise those dinners. I try to ask at other places or look online as many chain restaurants post their calories somewhere... Thanks, JWill. 203.2 at wakeup, so whittling away at it!
