Draglist's Journal, 06 Aug 14

Wow. I was mad about 202.6 this morning, but then got a 204.4 pre-dinner weigh in. It's salt or something keeping the water in. According to my best calculations, my absolute best goal weight for 10 percent body fat will be 192.0 lbs. So the 196.0 number shown below indicates that I have four extra pounds of water. Will eat about 1850 today and move on. Absolutely exhausted after two light sleeping nights, so I'm not going to work out tonight. Going to get a solid night of sleep and see what happens.

Here are the 8/06/14 Tanita Numbers (pre-dinner, pre workout):

Make a rule. Weigh in only once a week. Pick morning. You can weigh all week, but pick the "time" to weigh in. It makes a HUGE difference. You're doing so well! Good for you! Keep it going.
