The party eating and drinking of the past two days was way over the top and my official 'every three day' weigh in shows it. I actually woke up at 220.6, hit 219.4 a few hours later, and then got a 217.4 after my 16:8 fast and a five mile walk at 4 mph. Vacation is over tomorrow and we will jump back on the bandwagon. Will be eating very sparsely at 1400-1500 per day for the remainder of July to try for the low 190s.

Yep! I expect so, JWill! I will be passing a lot of this water weight over the next week. Just hope I'm not in a car or a plane when the urge hits! : )

Draglist, I'm proud of you for logging every beer, donut hole and (go figure) Diet Dr. Pepper! Seriously, though, excellent discipline for logging each and every morsel. I'm not going to repeat what everyone already said and you already know about the salt and the glucose water retention, but just wanted to give you major props for capturing every last crumb. Happy b-day to your wife, a fellow moon child. Mine is this Friday.

Thanks, Chica, Kattay, and MrsMole! And happy birthday! Yes, crazy stuff at grandma's house and I ate a lot of it. Woke up a virgin every morning and went to bed a food slut as the carbs crept in and fueled the monster. Will break the 16:8 fast to have a going away breakfast with Denise's folks tomorrow, then a late lunch at the Denver airport. That will be about it for the day. Wednesday gets us back to the grind. Thanks to all for following along!
