If you're happy, I'm happy. I don't like the 'ups', I only want the 'downs'. I personally don't care about why it's up or down, I just want the low numbers. I'm a simple soul. But as I said you have a handle on this, you are happy (and look great)

Thanks, guys! I won't say I wasn't a bit dissapointed, but I'm taking it all in stride. I'm really heading for 10 percent body fat in the final analysis. If I end up building enough muscle to make that happen at 210, so be it!

Loving your attitude with the gain. I too was up 2 pounds this morning and I know why so it is no reason to be down and out about it. Just keep at it and it has to do what it is supposed to do. :))

Right! I'm down to my last 10 pounds, so it's all about losing the remaining body fat and toning up more than it is actual pounds. I have lost about five pounds of body fat and two inches off my waist since late December. I've also toned up quite a bit and built some muscle, so while I'm listing 200 as my ultimate goal, that actually varies depending on how much body fat I have left to lose and how much muscle I gain. My scale helps me to track it all so I don't go nuts!

If you're up 4lbs but down in body fat, that's likely muscle...right? And if so, lean muscle is a VERY good thing :D
