Fun numbers tonight. Weight went up but body fat in pounds actually went down from yesterday (and from my 206.6 low weight). Ate a LOT today and all through the day. Actually, went over on calories tonight, so did two circuits of weight lifting and 30 minutes on the treadmill to burn the extra and to get to my 800 calorie deficit. Also, purposely hydrating more and really showing up in my body water percentages.

Providing two different sets of Tanita numbers tonight that are fascinating. The first set is from before dinner and before my workout. The second set is after I ate a massive dinner, two circuits of weight training, and a 300 calorie treadmill workout. Check out the differences in muscle mass, etc. Hey, I also made it into the TEENS in metabolic age! : )

Here are the first 4/02/14 Tanita Numbers (pre-dinner, pre-workout):
