Down .2 lbs. Very frustrating. It seems I am very good at maintaining.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 32.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I know what you mean - my body seems quite happy to stay at the 250 mark no matter what I do LOL. Just keep at it and it will eventually move.

Don't get discouraged! The stalls will always happen, but as long as you keep doing the right things, the scale will start moving again. These are definitely the most trying times of any diet, but don't let it take your motivation away. You will overcome this!

Don't sweat the number of the scale too much, there's lots of reasons why it fluctuates. Hydration, digestion etc. If your food intake is on point you will see progress in the long run!

I found my weight fluctuates and goes up a little before it drops. So although I weigh myself daily, I keep reminding myself it’s a pattern I am going through. So far I have lost 17.8 pounds and want to lose another 10. I wish I found this app earlier! But I am glad I have it to track what I am eating!

You will drive yourself nuts weighing every day. Your weight will fluctuate up and down a pound or two during the day depending on what you eat and drink (drink a glass of water, gain half a pound. Go to the bathroom, lose a pound). I suggest you weigh yourself once a week. My schedule is Sunday morning out of bed, go to the bathroom, weigh. Do that weekly and you'll get a good idea how you're really doing.

PS I have gone from 228 pounds after Christmas to 186 pounds on Sunday. I'm a 5'10" mesomorph guy, to give some scale.

I weigh myself once a week. I was weighing daily, but it was too depressing and frustrating. Not that once a week is much better.
