Ended my 72 hour fast at 4:30 pm today which is only 66 hours, but I did not want to wait until 10:30 pm to have a meal so decided I could stop and eat something healthy now.
How to break a fast??? 10 raw cashews , 2 slices of Havarti cheese and a chicken salad with a Tbls of oil and a Tbls of balsamic vinegar, I still have another 4 cups of water to drink too. Can't wait to see what the scale says tomorrow morning.
Thank you Debbie and everyone for the great support. It really did make a difference!!
