Well this is where I think I am...I was honestly very surprised that I gained this much but it is what it is...

boyfriend that loves to drink that I was drinking with multiple days a week...and then ordering pizza with...and then eating cookies, more pizza and half gallon of ice cream when I was hungover...I earned every one of these pounds.

I have to walk around with every pound doing the walk of shame until they're gone. I could NOT see 200 again and honestly that's the only thing that stopped me.

Let me tell you...when you get smaller you can SEE every pound...it's not like when I was 273 and losing or gaining 10-15lbs wasn't a big deal at all...could barely notice...now I feel and look huge with 30lbs gain and it's shocking.

I broke up with my boyfriend...it's not his fault but he encourages the worst side of me and I can't have that...I'm already struggling as it is so don't need any encouragement to fall in the drinking area!

I'm back on it 100% and have been for the last week...aggravating that I've fallen so far but being depressed and mad wont get me anywhere so just starting taking it one day at time aaaaall over again (oy)...

The plan is, this time, to not stop losing until I reach goal...and I'm just taking it one day and one week at a time and that's it and it is what it is...but I know and believe 100% in my heart that this time I will reach goal and I'm so exciting and looking forward to that happy day so nuch!!!!

I remember when I never thought I'd see ONEderland but I've been here awhile now...well right now goal feels like ONEderland used to...and so I know I can achieve it if I never give up <3

Sharon, my friend, have you ever read, "The Secret," by Rhonda Byrne? It can be a life-changer. Yesterday I finished her 2nd book, "The Power," and now I'm reading her third, "The Magic." She is VERY inspiring and I think her books would be a blessing to you. Be BLESSED!!!

I feel ya, you have to surround yourself with people who influence the good and are motivating. Compared to what you have accomplished, this is like a tiny speed bump. Keep up the great work! You are doing awesome!
