Day one of a five-day fasting mimicking diet. Ate OMAD so fasted until dinner. Weighed 228.0 before that, dropping four pounds of water weight during the day. (I kept having to get up and leave meetings at work!)
103.4 kg Lost so far: 44.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Okay, Draglist, I'm in with you -- 5 day fasting-mimicking. I'm going to send August out with a firm kick in the rear and hit my interim goal that I've been floating above for weeks. You've inspired me. Game on!

Today was a good transition day for me at 1200 kcal, about 300 below my usual.

I'll reread Longo's plan for some guidance, but will probably just create my own very low calorie (500/day) plan to follow for the week.

I am just going to eat veggies and salads. Probably OMAD. I was having a hard time hitting 800 calories tonight (300 extra on the first day). Same thing tomorrow night. A bag of frozen veggies is only 100-125 calories. I have bags of salad as well.

I'm thinking Bullet Proof coffee in the AM; salad with a chicken thigh for lunch and dinner. That's 500 cal.

That works. Guess we will see if it’s the calorie total or the content! I suspect you would lose both ways.
