I went insane this morning after eating three pieces of toast(albeit whole grain) with butter(avacado). I started tossing bread and sweets out to the deers. I can't... I won't go back to before the big weight drop. Arguments will ensure as I hit the gym on a regular basis, but that's just the way it is. Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding during this past year. For all you church goers...Job ain't got nuthin' on me. I refuse to be a scapegoat or a martyr for anyone. I need that 175 goal to be met. Have a Healthy Day 🙋‍♀️

Yay you. I too want a couple of slices of bread (without having to MAKE it) but don't want the rest of the loaf hanging around, even in the freezer, to tempt me. So I go without because I don't have any deer.

I went crazy about a year ago with dark rye bread toast and butter. I think I had 6 slices. It was just that one time, I'm usually okay with limiting bread.

you are close to goal! then refiguring everything to maintain... yikes I hate that part. Good job. The toast? It's a healthy reminder and take a picture of the deer eating bread. :)

Yes, purge the house of stuff not on your WOE. The only non-keto stuff in my pantry is pasta, after 18 months.
