OMG!!! I was on family vacation for two weeks, and even though I knew I was doing my absolute best to try to stay in ketosis and eat at a calorie deficit, I worried that I wouldn’t lose weight because of all of the eating out. But I did!!! 4.4 lbs in two weeks!!! I am very happy with that!
