222.2 lbs. I'm happy with that. Yesterday's dinner was a generous portion of whole wheat pasta with meat sauce and vegetables, filling and delicious, and still ended the day within calorie target. It feels good to be back on track after floundering around for so long.
100.8 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
