221.8 lbs this morning, .4 down from yesterday. I got a good workout on the bike yesterday evening, tonight is strength training if I can get it in. We're watching our 2 year old grandson, he'll be spending the night, so I probably won't have time until he goes to bed.

4 pounds is a wonderful loss. Have fun with your grandson and don't eat everything he doesn't like. I find myself eating the things my grandson leaves on his plate and doesn't touch, just to keep from throwing it away.
