Good-happy Monday! A journal I don't mind writing, last week's sad this week happy-dance. I dropped 2.2 lbs and achieved two new personal workout gains. My final Pull-ip set was 32 reps, and my final dumbbell row was increased by one rep. I'll take all I can get. When weight goes down and strength goes up that's a good thing. Cheers y'all.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week

Thanks guys, sure feels great to have a good week and then the added support. Here is a little trick that helps me stay on track (although I've run off lately), I chose to weigh in on Monday's so that if I've been good thru the week it helps me from sabotaging my goals on the weekends, which we all know is easier to do. Yesterday my wife and I had to do a little shopping after church and there was no time to eat at home, so as we sat at Applebees I scanned the menu carefully and choose wisely knowing I had a Monday morning weigh in.

EmaleeG, No-I had the Chunking Caesar Salad, which I know wasn't all that clean, but better than I wanted.
