Haha, well, this is the first time I've made these, so probably not! 😁 They are yummy! Had to stop at just 2. I've estimated the calories to be about 96 per ball.

Yeah, I've had this recipe pinned for awhile. Decided I was just going to do it today! They are yummy! They are high calorie, but they are meant to give you energy and sustain you, or help recover from a workout (I added half a scoop of protein powder to the original recipe...I tend to take a recipe and change things up to my taste). I may try 2 or 3 as a replacement for breakfast. It's made with healthy ingredients, but it's so hard not to shove all of them in my mouth!! 🤣
