Woke at 218.8, down .6 from yesterday. Discovered that I dropped my cell phone on the bus last night, so I used the find friends app to track it when the bus left the depot. Since I didn't know which one it was, I started tracking them at 4 am! The right one finally got to my stop at 6:30! So not much sleep last night but a successful outcome as I did find the phone. Doctor's appointment in the morning and all looked great. Came home and had a late breakfast. Won't eat again until later tonight. Picking up my daughter Emily from the airport tonight for a five day Christmas visit. Really looking forward to that! Did Lasix and flushing out today (plus a ton of household chores). Should do OK on weight. UPDATE: Got a TON of exercise by doing housework to finish decorating and building a new bed for the guest room. Got Em and her friend at the airport and then sat up until 2 am chatting and enjoying a bottle of wine. The workout and the flushing out of water and bulk really paid off with a 214.0 pre-bed weigh in.
