Woke at 217.8, up .6 from yesterday. Targeting 1649 calories today. UPDATE: Ate a light lunch and then had a few drinks after work. Weighed 216.2 before dinner. Had the rest of that chili and that popped me up in carbs. Ended up blowing through calorie goal but will adjust tomorrow.

I don't have any solid suggestions about your weight, because you are and have been doing everything correctly. I can, however, empathize with you about the sleep issue.

Have you done or thought about IF? I don't eat after 2-3pm and by morning I am feeling really empty and ready to eat. I tend to eat lighter earlier in the day so rarely have any heavy meals.
