Woke at 216.8, up .2 from yesterday. Still retaining a lot of water. Targeting 1857 calories today. UPDATE: Met with the doctor today and I'm off all meds for at least one month. Hoping that will allow my body to become more regular and stop retaining so much water. UPDATE: Forgot to weigh in before dinner, so this morning’s weight will have to suffice until tomorrow. Did OK on macros and calories.

ok, tomorrow, making an appointment to see my doctor, I wanna know my body fat % .... Seeing this so much in journals... I need to know!

I just took a few measurements, used the US Navy, Army, Marines, YMCA, etc, body fat calculators..... It ain't pretty!! but.. I have a 'start' to add to my book...

15% bodyfat isn't bad. 10% is tougher to get at the older you get. But keep goin!

How do you get your fiber up while keeping your carbs low? I'm finding this tricky.
