I am 31 years old recent college grad(started late) who after losing one of her siblings to heart disease began a weight loss journey that has lasted several years. I work in IT, so lots of sitting but I work out when I'm off and during the weekend.
My workout consists mostly of the Stronglifts 5x5 program and then light cardio like walking. I hike during the weekends or sometimes I will do HIIT. I also do yoga to increase my mobility so I can get better at squats and prevent injuries while lifting.
