Woke at 210.2, up 2.2 from yesterday. Targeting 1700 calories today. Have an all day conference so no pre-planned meals. UPDATE: Did a ton of walking at the job fair today and came home at 210.0. Not going to work out tonight as I tweaked my knee a bit last night and I spent enough time on my feet today! My calorie burn will not suffer from half the miles and steps! Also slept 3 hours last night so I need to catch up. So, 210.0 is the low for tonight and I will do a full treadmill workout tomorrow night for an official weigh in. Off the chart sodium from poultry at lunch and dinner.
