Woke at 211.8, up 1.6 from yesterday. Stayed within calorie goal and burned more than normal but retaining water and waste. Hoping to flush out today. UPDATE: Got some movement today and came home at 210.4. Did a solid 63 minutes of HIIT treadmill before dinner and got back to 207.4. Not the blue line but not much above it. Hit calorie target exactly, but then noticed that I forgot to include my coconut oil from the morning and I only logged a half scoop of protein powder at dinner. So I went over by 164 calories. Will make it up tomorrow.
