Woke at 208.8, down 1.2 from yesterday. A rash of back to back meetings will have me eating at 10:30 and 3:30 so won't complete full 16:8 IF today. I kept dreaming about eating last night! But not especially hungry now that I'm up. Targeting 1655 calories. UPDATE: Hungry all day but was able to eat good food. Came home famished at 207.8. Did a ton of walking at the job and came in with five miles under my belt. Did 20 minutes of HIIT, alternating 4 and 5 mph, and then did 15 more minutes of 3 mph reading. Got 7.5 miles and 13K steps. Got a 206.8 afterward. Ate an extra yogurt, so 100 more calories than target but will adjust tomorrow.
