Woke at 208.2, down .6 from yesterday. Going out for a lunch meeting so not eating anything until then. Came home at 207.4 with four miles of walking in. Did 30 more minutes of treadmill at 4 mph to get my 6 miles and 10K steps. Weighed 206.4 afterward. Ate 1808 calories, so need a 1400 calorie day tomorrow to catch up. Working from home so will be able to do that easily.
