Draglist's Journal, 05 Apr 15

Happy Easter, everyone! Woke at 221.0 this morning. Pretty amazing, as I add five to seven pounds a day. Had a large breakfast of pastries and muffins (and a small dark chocolate bunny), but now we begin the downward slope again. Friend is coming over with brats for an Easter cookout but will get an hour in on the treadmill today (for the first time in several days). Tomorrow will begin the serious work of climbing back down the mountain.

Happy Easter! I actually had to "taste" the new M & M's "Carrot Cake" flavor. What a mistake--LOL. They are great. Ate 3 and had to walk away. Scalloped taters in the oven and looking forward to today. Have a fun day!

Happy Easter. Five to ten pounds in a day is unimaginable! Sounds like whatever you've been eating must be pretty high in sodium, & you are retaining water like a camel. Hopefully, this week you'll get back on track. Good luck to you!

Are you sure your scale is not pulling a late April's Fools? And dark chocolate is the way to go. Happy Easter.

First of all HAPPY EASTER! I hope you and your family have a wonderful day! Secondly, WOW!! How does that happen? Weren't you under 200 about a week ago? Since you are my nutrition guru, how much of this is just water and when do you anticipate losing what you gained. I learn from you so if you have tips, please share.

You can take it off....this is interesting though. I wonder why it comes out to 5-7 pounds a day. Does anything hurt on you? Inflammation? You have me curious.

Gotta tell ya, you aren't the only one! The whole weekend was a wash for me. I seriously doubt that I will try to enter everything into FS. BUT...I did have a great time and wouldn't trade it for anything. I did throw away the Reeses peanut butter candy that found its way into my pocket :) Hey, one small step! We all know you will dig in Bill and knock the weight off, whether water weight or not! It will be interesting how fast you can do it this time. Enjoy the brats!!
